Sismondo is also the author of Prohibition, a six-part podcast series for Wondery’s American History Tellers; co-author of Canadian Spirits: The Essential Cross-Country Guide to Distilleries, Their Spirits, and Where to Imbibe Them and, most recently, with co-authors James Waller and Todd M. Casey, Cocktails, A Still Life. Sismondo is also an Academy Chair for World’s 50 Best Bars and North America’s Best Bars.
