THREE BARRELS:

PREDOMINANTLY RYE

MADE FOR THE AMERICAN PALATE

A Canadian whisky with the American palate in mind, J.P. Wiser’s Triple Barrel Rye is a 60% once-column distilled rye, which adds all the rich notes of baking spices to this expression. The rest is made up of 37% soft double-column distilled corn, and a touch (3% to be precise) of column and pot distilled wheat to add a soft and creamy nuance to this whisky. Being aged in three types of casks makes for a much more complex blend as well. This an ideal whisky to make classic cocktails with, such as an Old Fashioned or Manhattan. But, it also works great in tall and refreshing drinks.
